Sous Chef Opportunity

Location: West Berkshire
Salary: £37,000+ per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in creating and delivering exceptional dishes

  • Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation

  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

  • Contribute to menu development, bringing creativity and flair to our offerings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant

  • Strong knowledge of modern and classical cooking techniques

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
