Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
As the Sous Chef, you will have access to a variety of fresh, seasonal produce that has been grown in the restaurant’s spectacular kitchen garden and sourced from the very best local suppliers. Therefore, this is a wonderful opportunity to create a wide array of dishes from delicious breakfasts, light lunches, intimate dinners and afternoon tea treats.
