Positions Available

• Sommelier

• Junior Sommelier

Your Role

As a Sommelier:

• Curate and manage the wine list

• Recommend pairings and guide guests through wine choices

• Train the team on wine knowledge & service

• Ensure proper storage, inventory, and ordering

• Share wine stories, origins, and tasting notes

• Collaborate with the kitchen and FOH to deliver elevated service

As a Junior Sommelier:

• Support the Sommelier in daily operations

• Assist guests with wine selections

• Maintain stock and storage standards

• Deepen your wine knowledge through hands-on training

• Deliver exceptional service while growing in the role

What You Need

• Experience as a Sommelier or strong FOH experience with wine focus

• Solid knowledge of wines and pairings (WSET or similar is a plus)

• Passion for wine and professional development

• Excellent communication and guest-service skills

• Professional appearance & attention to detail

• Fluent English; other languages are a bonus
