Salary: Hourly position $32.2775 - $39.5400 ($67k-$82k annually)

A well known casino in Temecula, CA is looking for a great Sommelier to add to their team! 
 
Qualifications:

• 2+ years in fine dining operations in similar concepts. 
• Court of Masters Sommeliers level 2 or similar.
• Possesses extensive knowledge of wine varietals, producers, and viticulture, enabling the ability to educate guests and staff and elevate the overall PRC experience.

• Maintains optimal inventory levels of wine, beverages, and related supplies, ensuring alignment with the outlet's Standard Operating Procedures and Service Guarantees.
• Evaluates and tastes wines and other beverages for potential inclusion in the beverage program, while managing purchasing and requisitions to maintain appropriate beverage cost controls.
• Leads and actively participates in wine service during operating hours, engaging with guests throughout the restaurant to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
