The Opportunity
Join our exceptional team as a Sommelier and become an integral part of our international family. If you have a deep passion for wine, this is the opportunity for you. As a Sommelier, your main responsibilities include serving wine and champagne, offering expertise on origin, vintage, and styles, managing the wine list and MICROS system, and suggesting wine pairings for our menu items. You'll attend tastings, build vendor relationships, request new products, and create enticing wine lists and promotions. Your role also involves monitoring and maintaining the wine cellar, training staff, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws, and maintaining inventory.
