We’re looking for a Casual Sommelier who sees wine as more than a list -someone who brings stories to the table, curates experiences, and helps guests feel at home with every pour.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding guests through our curated wine list with confidence and warmth—helping each pairing feel personal and memorable.
- Supporting the Head Sommelier with list development, sourcing, and cellar management.
- Championing wine culture across the team - offering informal training and fostering curiosity without pretension.
- Leading by example on the floor: present, generous, and joyfully in the moment.
What You’ll Bring - WSET Level 3 (or equivalent) and deep knowledge of Mediterranean varietals and emerging producers.
- Experience as a sommelier or senior waiter with strong wine knowledge in premium venues.
- A collaborative, inclusive mindset and genuine love for hospitality.
- A belief that great wine can elevate any night—from the casual to the celebratory.
