We are proud to be working with one of the most exclusive fine dining restaurants in London, which is the holder of a Michelin Star. They are on the lookout for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join their exceptional front-of-house team. You’ll be working alongside some of the best chefs and hospitality professionals in the industry, delivering world-class service in a truly refined setting.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Sommelier…

• £29,206 per annum plus circa £10,000 service charge
• Paid travel card – Up to zone 4 (After 6 months)
• Working 46 hours per week – dinner service only
• Set days off – Sunday and Monday
• 2 weeks of set annual leave in both August and January

Responsibilities as a Sommelier…

• Delivering thoughtful and knowledgeable wine pairings to complement a fine-dining tasting menu
• Offering expert recommendations and creating memorable experiences for each guest
• Managing and maintaining the wine cellar, ensuring impeccable stock rotation and storage
• Working closely with the kitchen team to remain in sync with seasonal menu changes
• Continuously developing your wine knowledge through exposure to rare and exclusive labels
