We are so excited to be collaborating with a luxury boutique hotel found on a beautiful country estate in the Cotswolds. They are looking for a highly knowledgeable Sommelier with a love for fine wine to join their restaurant team.

• £33,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sommelier…

• Ensuring a high-quality wine service in the restaurant at all times
• Working with the restaurant’s extensive wine list and using your knowledge of wine to create the perfect pairing for dishes served in the restaurant
• Helping and advising guests with their wine and after-dinner drink choices
• Going above and beyond to fulfil special requests from guests
• Maintaining, replenishing and cleaning all wine service areas to ensure efficient service

Working closely alongside the F&B Manager, you will take sole responsibility for the wine programme at the hotel and take the lead in finding the perfect pairings to compliment a variety of flavoursome dishes.
