Salary - $65-75k + commission on wine sales

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sommelier experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a fine dining environment.
- Proven knowledge of food and beverage pairings and deep understanding of wine production, history, and origin.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional communication in English (Spanish preferred).
Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth service operations by working collaboratively with the team and maintaining high service quality.
- Communicate clearly with staff and guests to provide expert wine recommendations and enhance the dining experience.
- Manage wine program logistics, including cost control, pricing strategy, and inventory aligned with the restaurant’s budget and standards.
