Salary - $65-75k + commission on wine sales

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of sommelier experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a fine dining environment.
  2. Proven knowledge of food and beverage pairings and deep understanding of wine production, history, and origin.
  3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional communication in English (Spanish preferred).
 
Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure smooth service operations by working collaboratively with the team and maintaining high service quality.
  2. Communicate clearly with staff and guests to provide expert wine recommendations and enhance the dining experience.
  3. Manage wine program logistics, including cost control, pricing strategy, and inventory aligned with the restaurant’s budget and standards.
