The Role

We are seeking to recruit for season 2026 passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members.

He or she needs to become an extension of our vision, to be able to understand our ethics & policies, to seize them and apply them within their everyday life.

To be willing to represent The Rooster as our team member while on site yet also towards the outside world, so we can rise together and be willing to provide a home away from home.

We are contracting these relationships on mutual respect & generosity, while we need to be able to deliver our one of a kind services and offerings based on accountability and extreme professionalism.

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
• Minimum WSPC level 3 (or equivalent)
• Outstanding upselling skills
• Ability to keep track of wines stock and submit orders
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience within a restaurant
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Pleasant, polite, and friendly personality with development and growth attitude
• Professional behavior aiming to provide high-quality services
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to demanding situations
