Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Showroom Sales Manager to join our team at our Hyderabad - Kukatpally location. This full-time position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in showroom sales management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing showroom operations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive foot traffic and increase conversion rates.
  • Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities and showroom events.
  • Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to the sales team to enhance individual and group effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations within the showroom environment.
