We are looking for a Service Manager - Front Office.
As a Service Manager - Front Office, we rely on you to:
- To have complete knowledge of the operational systems at Front office.
- Supervises the Front Office operation and work flow to maximize guests' satisfaction.
- In all incidents, provides management and department heads with reports and takes action to avoid repetition of any incidents, accidents, theft and complaints.
- Is responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel. He/she will make decisions on all matters involving guest contact with hotel employees.
We are looking for someone who:
- At least 2 years experience.
- Is detail orientated, creative and has the ability to lead change.
- Interact and communicates well with people.
- Well spoken and written English.
