Role Overview<\/b>

The Senior Executive supports daily hotel booking
reconfirmation operations by managing workload distribution, prioritizing data
assignments, ensuring quality and handling escalations. The role contributes in
assisting the Team Lead with performance -linked inputs of <\/span>Team members and Suppliers.
<\/p>
<\/p>
The role also includes completing individual reconfirmation
tasks and providing guidance, training, and mentoring to team members.
<\/div>
This role requires strong communication, problem -solving, and organizational
skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>- Assess
daily workload and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
<\/li> - Assign
and reassign reconfirmation tasks/data to team members.
<\/li> - Ensure
all daily reconfirmations are completed accurately and on time.
<\/li> - Handle
escalated cases from team members.
<\/li> - Provide
solutions to team queries and support process -related clarifications.
<\/li> - Conduct
on -the -job training and mentor junior team members to improve performance.
<\/li> - Monitor
team output and highlight quality or process improvement areas.
<\/li> - Complete
personal reconfirmation tasks efficiently.
<\/li> - Advise
Supplier performance updates to Team Lead.
<\/li> - Support
Team lead to decide Rosters
<\/li><\/ul><\/div>
Skills & Qualifications<\/b>
<\/p>- 2–3
years of experience in hotel booking operations or B2B travel processes.
<\/li> - Strong
prioritization, task allocation, and problem -solving skills.
<\/li> - Excellent
communication and team mentoring abilities.
<\/li> - Proficiency
with MS Office.
