We are so excited to continue assisting a brand-new Mediterranean restaurant which recently opened in the heart of London.
Working closely alongside the talented Head Chef as number 2 in the kitchen, this Senior Sous Chef opportunity presents an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef with strong leadership skills to progress to the Head Chef position.
You must have experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants.

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef…
- Running the kitchen alongside the amazing Head Chef
- Managing, motivating and leading the team and running the kitchen
- Creating a variety of stunning Mediterranean dishes at an extremely high level
- Ensuring a seamless service of up to 120 covers on a busy service
The restaurant takes pride in creating a variety of innovative and flavoursome dishes for up to 120 covers per service and is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to run the kitchen and lead their growing kitchen brigade.
