We are delighted to continue working with one of the UK’s most luxurious country house hotels, set within acres of stunning parkland and known for its exceptional dining and world-class hospitality. They are searching for a talented and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join their award-winning culinary team.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in leading the kitchen operations across multiple outlets, including restaurants, room service and large-scale events. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards and inspiring a talented brigade to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

Responsibilities as a Senior Sous Chef…

• Supporting the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations across the hotel
• Leading and mentoring a large kitchen team, fostering a positive, professional environment
• Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
• Assisting in creating seasonal menus using locally sourced, sustainable produce
• Overseeing food costs, stock control, and health & safety compliance
