Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Senior Sous Chef to join the team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. This is an exciting, permanent, and full-time opportunity reporting into our Operational Head Chef on site and you will operate as their number 2 in the Hotel Kitchen operations.
We have two Hotel restaurants within the Hotel producing breakfast, lunch and dinner and we also cater for bespoke events and gala dinners. You will have the opportunity to lead, coach and develop a large team and be involved in our constant innovation and evolving product.
The Senior Sous chef will champion the people part of our business, and support our Head Chef in carrying out team 1-2-1s , completing rotas and training plans.
Food safety and high standards of cleanliness will also be a key focus for you. Whilst this is a senior Sous Chef position, the scope of the role and the size of the operation could appeal to an existing head Chef looking to progress within a large and exciting business.
