The Role:

As Senior Sous Chef, you will:

• Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and delivering high-quality dishes.
• Play a key role in menu development, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and meets health and safety standards.
• Help mentor and develop junior team members.
