Key Responsibilities<\/b> Oversee liaison activities for plotted developments requiring coordination with Panchayat, KIADB, DTCP, MUDA, and other statutory bodies. Manage processes related to land acquisition, documentation, and government approvals. Handle interactions with revenue departments, Village Panchayat, BBMP, BMRDA, BDA, sub -registrar, and taluk offices for: Khata transfers, RTC updates, and land mutation DC conversions (Form 21), land -use changes, and betterment charges Coordinate and secure approvals and NOCs from departments like BESCOM, BWSSB, and Fire & Safety. Ensure compliance with local regulations for DTCP layouts, Panchayat layouts, and KIADB developments. Manage building plan approvals, layout sanctions, and revenue record formalities. Maintain excellent rapport with local governing bodies and ensure timely follow -up for all applications. Support internal project and legal teams in document verification and approval tracking. Handle agricultural -to -residential conversion processes under Panchayat/Gram limits, including 11B/E -Khata cases. Keep management updated on all liaison activities, approval timelines, and risks. Qualifications & Experience<\/b> Minimum 10 years of liaison experience<\/b> in plotted development or real estate projects. Strong understanding of land conversion processes, DC/DTCP compliance, and BDA/BMRDA regulations. Proven record of obtaining statutory approvals from multiple government departments. Proficiency in Kannada and English<\/b> (mandatory). Local to Bangalore<\/b> or familiar with Karnataka’s real estate and revenue systems. Excellent documentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. <\/p> <\/p>
