We are delighted to support a newly opened luxury boutique hotel set in a quaint Cotswolds village. Part of an award-winning group where each property has its own unique character, they are now seeking a passionate Senior Chef De Partie to join their growing team.

You will need your own mode of transport due to the location of the hotel.

• £36,270 package
• Working 45 hours per week plus paid overtime

Responsibilities as the Senior Chef De Partie…

• Creating a variety of flavour-focused dishes from the hotel’s hyper-seasonal menu
• Making the most of the hotel’s access to fresh produce grown on-site
• Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to more junior chefs
• Using your key attention to detail to ensure all your dishes are of a consistently high quality
• Taking advantage of the group’s training and development opportunities
