With an extensive kitchen garden, this luxury hotel is in search of a skilled Senior Chef de Partie with a flair for fine dining. In this role, you’ll create exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal produce grown right on-site, offering a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise.

- £31,450 per annum plus circa £8,000 service charge (After passing your 3-month probation)

Responsibilities as a Senior Chef De Partie…
- Creating a variety of delicious fine dining dishes that celebrate the seasonal ingredients grown on the grounds of the hotel
- Managing various sections of the kitchen when required
- Communicating effectively with the team to ensure a 5-star service and clean working environment
- Supervising, training and coaching other members of the team
- Maintaining positive working relationships with every member of the team
- Attending high-quality training sessions provided by the hotel
