We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) to take ownership of a kitchen section and support smooth kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their culinary career with a hands-on and leadership mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
· Take full responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen.
· Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the restaurant’s standards.
· Assist in supervising and training junior chefs and commis.
· Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety (HACCP).
· Monitor mise en place, portion control, and stock levels.
· Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on daily operations.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section.
· Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year as a CDP.
· High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
· HACCP Certified with strong knowledge of food safety practices.
· Solid understanding of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
· Excellent time management and attention to detail.
· Strong teamwork and communication skills.
· Ability to handle high-volume service and multitask efficiently.
