Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Supervisor for our esteemed hotels in Hyderabad. This full-time, junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property, maintaining a secure environment by overseeing all security operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- proven experience with physical security measures and techniques to protect people and property (Mandatory skill)
- proficiency in the use and monitoring of surveillance systems to enhance safety (Mandatory skill)
- ability to prepare detailed incident reports for both routine activities and unusual events (Mandatory skill)
- knowledge of access control systems to regulate and monitor entry to restricted areas
- strong skills in emergency response planning and execution for various scenarios
- competence in risk assessment to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
- expertise in cctv monitoring for real-time surveillance and historical incident analysis
- strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a security team on site
Roles and Responsibilities
- monitor and manage all security operations within the hotel premises to ensure guest safety
- supervise the performance of the security team, providing training and guidance as needed
- coordinate with hotel management and local law enforcement during security incidents
- implement and enforce security policies and protocols to maintain a secure environment
- conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks
- respond promptly to security emergencies, alarms, and incidents to minimize threats
- maintain accurate records and documentation for all security operations and investigations
- develop and implement strategies to enhance overall hotel security and guest satisfaction
