Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team in NH Bangkok Sukhumvit Boulevard, Thailand. As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all security operations to ensure the safety and protection of our facilities, employees, and assets.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures
  • Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential security threats
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of security systems and equipment
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and other relevant agencies to ensure compliance with security regulations
  • Investigate and report on security incidents, recommending corrective actions
  • Manage the security budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Develop and conduct security awareness programs for employees
  • Stay updated on local and international security trends and best practices
  • Respond to emergency situations and coordinate crisis management efforts
  • Ensure compliance with Thai security laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and training security teams
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, decisive actions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in security technologies and surveillance systems
  • Familiarity with Thai security laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated integrity and professional conduct
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Thai language is a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when necessary
