Job Description

•Conduct extensive market research to understand the trends, needs, and opportunities in the market.

•Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at ensuring the revenue growth.

•Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customer segments in the Chinese market.

•Monitor performance metrics and tweak strategies as necessary to ensure revenue growth.

Qualifications

•At least 3 years Sales management experience preferably in a luxury/upscale market setting; in-depth knowledge of hospitality in Chinese Market.

•Excellent organizational and planning skills.

•Ability to communicate at all levels.

•Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
