We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Events and Weddings<\/b> to lead revenue generation and client relationship management within the hospitality division. This role is focused on driving bookings for weddings, social functions, and corporate events, ensuring every event is executed with excellence from inquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Drive revenue through securing bookings for weddings, social gatherings, and corporate events.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct client meetings, venue tours, and consultations to understand requirements and propose tailored event solutions.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle within CRM — from lead handling, proposals, and negotiations to contracts and final delivery coordination.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and implement campaigns and partnerships that strengthen the events and wedding segment.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Work closely with banquet, F&B, operations, and vendor teams to ensure flawless event planning and execution.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Develop event timelines, oversee vendor coordination, and proactively address challenges during event execution.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Lead, coach, and motivate junior team members to meet sales goals.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and post -event analyses for management review.

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Qualifications & Experience<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in wedding and event sales within the hospitality industry.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong track record in client management, negotiation, and sales closure.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proficient in CRM systems, sales tools, and event management software.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Leadership qualities with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
