Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafeterias, Corporate Canteens, QSRs, and Institutional Kitchens.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end customers.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design, project, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports to management.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and payment collections.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • Strong network with architects, consultants, and hospitality industry stakeholders will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
