Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and responsible Roller Skating Supervisor to join our exciting F&B Team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our roller skating operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily roller skating activities and events
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for staff and patrons
  • Train and manage roller skating staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Develop and implement engaging roller skating programmes and activities
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of roller skates and safety equipment
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote roller skating events and activities
  • Administer first aid in case of accidents or injuries
  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations, incidents, and attendance

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in roller skating techniques and best practices
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in roller skating supervision or related recreational activities
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with patrons of all ages
  • Thorough understanding of safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Relevant safety certifications (e.g., Roller Skating Association certification) preferred
  • Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Ability to create and manage staff schedules
  • Knowledge of recreational facility operations
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
