Our Sous Chefs are true kitchen leaders: sharp with a knife, cool under pressure, and excited to jump in wherever needed.

Think of this as your springboard to Chef-dom. Sous Chefs at ESR are members of our management team and are compensated accordingly, with expectations of a standard 45 hour work week.
$27.00–$30.37/hr which yields an annual average: $70K–$75K
