Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, disciplined, and detail-oriented Executive Pastry Chef to lead our dessert program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, a passion for flavor and presentation, and creativity that will push boundaries!
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a high-quality dessert menu that aligns with the restaurant's multiple concepts
- Ensure all pastries and desserts meet high standards and restaurant quality expectations
- Oversee prep, plating, and consistency of all dessert items
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for the pastry department
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and communicate effectively
- Train and supervise any pastry assistants or kitchen staff as needed
- Travel between locations to verify Standarads are met
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Executive Pastry Chef or in a similar role
- Formal training in pastry or culinary arts preferred
- Strong understanding of flavor pairing, plating, and dessert presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
