We are looking for a Revenue Manager.

As a Revenue Manager, we rely on you to:
作为收益经理，需承担以下岗位职责：
1、Monitor rate availability and inventory available for sale in relation to expected demand versus supply of hotel and market to ensure that the RevPAR of the hotel is maximized at all times. 
2、Analyze past data to understand the price elasticity of the hotel’s demand in different market segments to devise the appropriate pricing strategy for all products and services. 
3、Ensure that the pricing system is reflected in the relevant sales channels, including the Group website, third party and global reservation system in accordance with Group requirements.
4、Ensure optimal pricing for all market segments, especially corporate customers, team customers and individual customers.

We are looking for someone who:

1、Good command of English.
2、Relevant experience is preferred.
3、Strong communication, coordination and management skills.
4、Have the skills to deal with the relationship between guests and talents.
5、Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
