Job Description

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• In charge for maximizing all hotel top line performance, room and F&B activity.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform decision- making.
• Monitor and adjust room rates, availability, and distribution channels.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
• Prepare and present revenue forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Utilize revenue management systems and tools to enhance pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hotel Management School, or general Business school.
• Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes.
• A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background
• Languages: fluent in the national language, and good level in English
