Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Steward to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position is ideal for a junior level professional with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience. The Restaurant Steward will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) Systems (Mandatory skill) to facilitate seamless billing processes and customer transactions.
  • Expertise in beverage handling (Mandatory skill), ensuring the correct preparation and serving of drinks in a timely manner.
  • Understanding of table setting techniques (Mandatory skill) to enhance the dining environment and presentation.
  • Food Safety Certification to uphold hygiene standards and practices in food handling and serving.
  • Strong customer service skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere and attend promptly to customer needs and inquiries.
  • Experience in inventory management to monitor and manage stock levels effectively, minimizing waste.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations and achieve organizational goals.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a busy workload during peak dining hours.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up dining areas and ensure all necessary preparations are made for service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Ensure accurate ordering and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Provide support in managing restaurant supplies, ensuring adequate stock is maintained at all times.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service operations.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Assist in cleaning and resetting tables promptly, ensuring readiness for subsequent guests.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
