<\/span><\/u>On behalf of one of its clients in the F&B industry, The French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Restaurant & Shop Manager<\/b>.
<\/p>


<\/div>
The role requires strong expertise in Food & Beverage (F&B), proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage and inspire a small team across kitchen, floor and shop.
<\/div>

<\/div>
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales performance, and collaborating closely with the Senior Management based in Europe.

Customer experience and quality of service are key along with profitability focus.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

Team Leadership & Operations Management<\/span>
<\/div>
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of fewer than 10 employees
    <\/li>
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to service and quality standards (planning and contracts)
    <\/li>
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback to ensure guests' satisfaction and continuous improvement in Food Products and services.
    <\/li>
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver high performance and excellent customer service.
    <\/li>
  • Foster a cooperative, respectful, and positive working culture, in line with the values of the company and the brand.
    <\/li>
  • Will be the 1st POC with clients, suppliers and local authorities.
    <\/li><\/ul>
    Business & Financial Performance
    <\/div>
    • Drive sales growth and develop revenue streams through innovative concepts.
      <\/li>
    • Manage and monitor daily revenues, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
      <\/li>
    • Implement cost control measures, ensuring optimal allocation of resources o/w suppliers management.
      <\/li>
    • Prepare monthly reporting and business reviews in collaboration with headquarters, and senior leadership.

      Business Development & Innovation
      <\/div>
      • Propose and implement creative commercial initiatives to enhance customer engagement and revenue generation.
        <\/li>
      • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities aligned with customer expectations and brand positioning.
        <\/li>
      • Support marketing and promotional campaigns to strengthen the restaurant’s visibility.
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Requirements<\/h3>
        • Significant experience in F&B management, ideally in both kitchen and floor operations, and in wholesale/retail operations.
          <\/li>
        • Proven experience leading a team, with strong people -management skills.
          <\/li>
        • Strong business acumen and a results -driven mindset, with a focus on profitability.
          <\/li>
        • Experience in preparing operational reports and collaborating with senior management.
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Excellent interpersonal skills, with values rooted in cooperation and teamwork.
          <\/li>
        • Adaptability, openness to feedback, and willingness to improve continuously.
          <\/li>
        • Fluency in English; local languages can be a plus.
