Restaurant Manager, Valley Stream

Location: Valley Stream 
Salary: 54-70K 

Seeking a restaurant manager for a upscale quickcasual restaurant concept that has a passion for this industry and would like an opportunity to grow their career in a stable and growing organization. 
 
Responsibilities: 

• Hiring, training and developing hospitality-focused Team Members.
• Utilizing all forecasting systems for food production, inventory, and labor and scheduling.
• Managing the performance of the culinary staff and front of the house staff to drive efficient execution of all restaurant operations. 

• 2 plus years of either full service or upscale quick casual restaurant experience.
• Understanding of the numbers part of the business 
• Demonstrated track record of success & achievement within a national/regional restaurant group.
