Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Depending on Experience plus Quarterly bonus!

What You'll Be Doing
The Restaurant Managers operates under the direction of the General Manager of the store.
Duties include:
- Motivating our team on a daily basis to consistently deliver high-quality food/drink and exceptional service
- Providing a Tin Lizzy's experience that generates long-term sales and profits
- Team Member accountability to all standards
- Scheduling and Labor cost controls
- Administrative duties like writing the schedule, invoicing, and inventory control
- Maintaining standards of food quality, food safety, personal safety, and cleanliness
What We Require of You
- Must exemplify a high level of professionalism and act as a role model through maintaining a reputation that is beyond reproach and by personally adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Previous management experience in hotel or restaurant required (2 years)
- Must work the hours dictated by the business and the hours. Weekend and evening work may be necessary on special events and/or holidays.
- Completion of Manager Food Safety Certification within 30 days of hire.
- Positive Attitude and Willingness to learn.
