Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a Senior position in Surat. This is a full-time role, and the ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing restaurant operations effectively. This role demands leadership capabilities and expertise in customer relationship management and team leadership for driving the restaurant's performance and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management with a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools (Mandatory skill), enabling positive interactions and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong Team Leadership capabilities (Mandatory skill) to guide, motivate, and manage a team effectively ensuring smooth operations.
  • High level of competence with POS Systems for efficient processing of customer transactions and managing sales data with accuracy.
  • Thorough understanding of Inventory Management Software to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained, minimizing wastage and cost.
  • Familiarity with Food Safety Standards to ensure superior quality and compliance in all food handling and preparation processes.
  • Experience in Revenue Analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and monitor profitability.
  • Competence in Labor Cost Control to efficiently manage workforce expenses while ensuring quality service.
  • Ability to utilize Social Media Marketing to enhance customer engagement, brand visibility, and drive business success through online platforms.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality consistently.
  • Manage staff effectively, providing training and guidance to foster a productive and positive work environment.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring all staff are trained accordingly.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem resolution strategies.
  • Leverage technology and systems to improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and overall business performance.
