We’re proud to be working with one of the Cotswolds’ most stylish boutique hotels, set in the heart of Cirencester. With its chic interiors, locally sourced menus, and a warm, contemporary atmosphere, this hotel offers a dining experience that’s both refined and welcoming. They’re now looking for a passionate and organised Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and deliver exceptional service from breakfast through to dinner.

• £32,000 per annum plus service charge

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…

• Leading the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth, efficient service across all shifts
• Coaching and inspiring the team to consistently deliver warm and attentive service
• Collaborating with the kitchen to ensure excellent communication and consistency
• Managing rotas, stock, ordering and operational costs
• Handling guest feedback with professionalism and using it to improve service standards
