We are so pleased to be assisting a family-owned luxury boutique hotel set in a charming coastal village in West Sussex. They are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Restaurant Manager to lead their vibrant 2 Rosette restaurant team and deliver exceptional service.

This is a wonderful opportunity to bring your flair, organisation, and leadership skills to a hotel that prides itself on outstanding dining experiences.

You will drive due to the location of the hotel.

• £35,000 per annum plus £3,600 service charge
• Temporary accommodation for 3 months
• Working 48 hours per week  
• Working alongside a 2 Rosette restaurant team

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…

• Leading, training, and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver impeccable service
• Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Working closely with the kitchen and hotel teams to provide a cohesive guest experience
• Managing rotas, stock, and budgets with an organised and proactive approach
• Maintaining and exceeding the hotel’s high standards of guest satisfaction
