Row 34 is a high-energy neighborhood oyster bar rooted in New England tradition. We are known for an outstanding culinary program, featuring fresh local seafood, complimented by a thoughtful beer and wine list. Our team is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

As we prepare to open our newest location in Kenmore Square, we�re looking for a dedicated, service-focused floor manager to join our leadership team.

About the Role

The Floor Manager is a key part of daily operations and guest experience at Row 34. You�ll spend most of your time on the floor, leading by example, supporting and coaching the team, and making sure service runs smoothly. In addition to leadership, this role is responsible for inventory, scheduling, and supporting overall restaurant organization.

What You�ll Do

• Lead service each shift with a strong floor presence while supporting the team, solving problems, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

• Coach and mentor FOH staff to uphold Row 34�s standards of hospitality and efficiency.

• Assist with weekly inventory and scheduling.

• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.

• Collaborate with the General Manager and other leaders to meet financial and service goals.

Experienced in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants (management experience preferred).

Flexible and willing to step in wherever needed to support service.

Schedule

Row 34 Kenmore is open for service Monday�Friday from 4 pm to 11 pm, and Saturday 11:30 am to 11 pm. And Sundays from 11:30 to 10pm. Manager shifts would start between 1 and 2pm for the opening manager on weekdays, 10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday. Closing manager shifts would come in around 3pm each day.

This role requires availability during evenings, weekends, and peak service hours.
