You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:  

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting  
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
  • Previous success in meeting KPI’s
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service  
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

Your attitude and leadership is more important than your qualifications, but previous hospitality management experience a must!
