Summary: The Restaurant Floor Manager is actively responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, the satisfaction of guests and the supervision of employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversees the opening and closing of restaurant
- Recruits, trains, and supervises staff
- Schedules department staff in line with business level needs
- Ensures remarkable customer service experience is provided
- Communicates effectively with employees, managers, and customers
- Completes Administrative/Office tasks
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Restaurant Management experience required
- Experience in conflict management
- Professional in actions and communication
