We are looking for a systems-driven Food Safety Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A. Having an optimistic professional with grit is an integral part to our success. Your hands-on leadership in restaurant operations will give you the opportunity to own and drive food safety and quality systems that elevate our team to perform at the highest level.

Your Impact

  • Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas of BOH
  • Creating a culture of food safety and quality in the restaurant
  • Creating and Driving systems & processes that ensure consist execution of Food Safety & Quality Requirements
  • Coordinating execution of daily Food Safety & Quality Assessments
  • Stewardship of facility & cleanliness of kitchen
  • Conduct daily and weekly, monthly and quarterly safety assessments
  • Work with the Kitchen Director to Lead a team of 50+ employees
  • Ensuring a well-staffed restaurant, promoting and recruiting for job openings as they arise
  • Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals

Background Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Experience and passion for food safety and food quality
  • 2 years of high capacity leadership experience
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values
  • Detailed, organized and process oriented
  • Assertive and Friendly personality
  • Full Time Availability
