Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop team members, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold food, service, and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage daily operations: food prep, inventory, and safety.
  • Support training programs and enhance staff morale.
  • Handle cash-out procedures and POS training.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
  • Open and close the restaurant as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in restaurant supervision preferred.
  • Proficient in purchasing, sanitation, and other restaurant functions.
  • ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
