Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Restaurant Manager in Co. Sligo. This is a key leadership role ideal for a motivated hospitality professional with strong operational experience and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including team leadership, service standards, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front-of-house restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Lead, train, and manage the restaurant team to maintain excellent service standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints professionally
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate service and special events
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
• Drive team motivation and contribute to a positive work environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Financial awareness and experience in rostering and cost management
• Hands-on, proactive, and flexible approach to operations
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak service times
