We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences. Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Menu development expertise is essential for this role (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong team leadership skills to motivate and manage staff effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Proven ability in food quality assurance to maintain high standards of food preparation.
  • Keen understanding of health and safety compliance to create a safe dining environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing staff and enhancing guest relations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth dining experience and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and innovate menu options to cater to customer preferences and seasonal trends.
  • Lead and motivate the restaurant staff, conducting regular training to promote high service standards.
  • Plan and manage staff schedules to maintain appropriate staffing levels at all times.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure they meet the restaurant's quality standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage budgets, control costs and maximize profitability through effective operational strategies.
