Restaurant Manager & Assistant Restaurant Manager

This also includes managing inventory for effective cost control, interpreting reports to improve operations and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Oversee the restaurant's opening, mid, and closing procedures to comply with norms and guidelines.
• Close follow-up on staff tasks to ensure error-free operations.
• Ensure orders are correctly delivered and meet food presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory cycle counts for accurate and cost-effective control.
• Work towards achieving organizational goals and brand targets.

• Strong leadership abilities to coach and motivate staff.
• Proficiency in managing inventory to control costs.
• Analytical skills to interpret reports and drive operational improvements.
• Deep understanding of food safety management systems.
