The Restaurant Manager – Arabic Restaurant oversees the daily operations of the hotel’s Arabic-themed dining outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role requires a strong understanding of Arabic cuisine, culture, and hospitality standards to create an authentic and memorable dining experience for guests.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Manage all aspects of the Arabic restaurant’s daily operations, including front-of-house staff supervision, guest service, and ambiance.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality food and beverage service in line with Arabic culinary traditions and hotel standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to provide culturally sensitive and attentive service.
  • Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu authenticity, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and cultural awareness.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and assist with purchasing to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP).
  • Plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed nights to attract guests and enhance revenue.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Arabic hospitality and traditions.
  • Analyse sales and service reports to improve operational performance and guest satisfaction.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food & beverage management, preferably with exposure to Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of Arabic culture, cuisine, and dining customs.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
