- Proven experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel (minimum 2–5 years, depending on the position)
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
- Target driven with a solid understanding of guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Hands on operational capabilities combined with strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiar with budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast paced, service focused environment
