What You’ll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations
- Oversee service during shifts, including sports nights and live performances
- Coach, and motivate staff to deliver warm, attentive hospitality
- Manage beer, wine, and cocktail programs, ensuring top-notch quality and presentation
- Coordinate scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate on promotions, events, and themed nights to keep the energy high
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant or bar management experience (high-energy or entertainment venues preferred)
- Strong leadership, organization, and guest service skills
- Knowledge of craft beer, wine, and cocktails
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, festive atmosphere
- Weekend, Holiday and evening availability required
- Must have restaurant management experience
