The Manager is employees responsible for opening and/or closing a store. The duties include handling operational procedures, assisting staff, providing customer service, supervising cleaning staff, setting alarms, and keeping the entry area clean and organized.
- Upscale/Fine Dining experience required.
- Follows written or verbal instructions by supervisors.
- Professionally communicates with management and staff.
- Manages where and how everything is stored.
- Ensures opening and closing procedures are being executed to expectation.
- Coaches front of house to keep a clean, stocked, and tidy workspace.
- Works in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible with job duties.
- Displays a pro-active innovative approach to skills development and standards enhancement with your team.
- Pro-active in getting things done and exceeds expectations of both guests and co-workers.
- Sets a good example of the company dress code and appearance standards ensuring that your team fully complies with these.
